Grayson is a first year PhD student working in the ARCADE lab and is co-advised by Dr. Mathias Unberath and Dr. Peter Kazanzides. His primary interests are intelligent perception, manipulation, and planning for various robotics applications. He has joint affiliations with Johns Hopkins University and The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, where he works as a Junior Research Scientist. During his PhD, he hopes to explore algorithms for increasing the reliability and robustness of robotic task planning and execution in both the surgical and general robotics domains.
